Not much other than stay away from bright light and stay cool and do not rub them if its real bad go to the doctor

you should go to the hospital emergency room most of the time, they can treat flash burn and make you more comfortable. the reason i think it's important to go in is that flash burn feels like you have something in your eye, i have ignored flash before only to find that i did have slag stuck in my eye. the treatment for metallic material that stays in the eye over 12 hours is very unpleasant! so don't ignore your flash burn.

stay in dark room put cold compress over eyes, lay still and try to rest. if pain unbearable go straight to hospital for treatment.

put drops of whole milk in your eyes a few times a day or buy drops calcium drops ; )
